Lorne Brown has the experience and the vision to deliver on the SintecMedia vision, increasing the company’s global leadership position across linear digital and converged advertising and content technology,” said Matt Spetzler, Partner at Francisco Partners. “SintecMedia is focusing all of its efforts to deliver value and visionary solutions to media companies as they build their technology arsenal to support the next generation advertising sales, traffic, and content delivery, including targeted television.”

Recently, Omar Sheikh, Director Equity Research at Credit Suisse, forecasted that targeted television advertising revenue would be $100 billion by 2030. The company provides the only comprehensive suite of linear, digital and advanced technology solutions to support media company sales and delivery.

Brown said,”I am honored to take the reins from Amotz Yarden, who built SintecMedia from the ground up into the impressive company it is today. I’ve learned so much from him already and will continue to in the future. I’m excited to lead SintecMedia as we deliver solutions to drive media profitability in this new multichannel market. Media companies are shifting from selling TV advertising spots and digital impressions to selling outcomes across many channels, while content rights and programming management is also becoming more complex.”
