Optimizely Hires Carl Tsukahara as Chief Marketing Officer to Lead the Next Phase of Growth

Optimizely, the world’s leading Experimentation Platform, announced that Carl Tsukahara has joined the company as chief marketing officer. An expert in scaling global marketing operations, Tsukahara will be responsible for Optimizely’s global marketing strategy and execution as the company continues to expand it’s presence with enterprise customers.

Tsukahara brings over 25 years of enterprise experience to the role with a successful track record of driving product innovation and success for high-growth companies. He joins Optimizely from Birst, a category leader in delivering enterprise business analytics to global companies. Previously, Tsukahara was executive vice president of marketing and products for Evolv, a provider of predictive analytics and machine learning solutions, where he managed marketing, engineering and product management.

As a strategy and marketing consultant, Tsukahara has also worked with companies such as Workday, Microsoft, Riverbed Technology, Taleo, D&B, Hyperion and VMware.
