Mspark acquired Valu-Direct to expand its northeastern geographic footprint in shared mail advertising into Albany, N.Y., and Burlington, Vt.
Mspark, the leading direct mail distribution company that also provides customer analytics, announced that it has acquired Valu-Direct. Valu-Direct is a shared mail advertising business, offering full-service direct mail capabilities, including design, prepress, printing, and insertion into shared mail packages distributing directly into the USPS or through private delivery carriers.
Third Acquisition by Mspark within Six Months
