Sabio Mobile Hires Chief Data Scientist; Expands its Data Science Team

Sabio Mobile, the leader in App Science™ technology, announced the appointment of industry veteran Dr. Mona Yousry as Chief Data Scientist to lead and expand the company’s data science efforts. Yousry will lead a team of data scientists and develop and execute Sabio’s data science strategy to optimize data analysis and further grow Sabio’s machine learning capabilities.

 Dr. Yousry will support Sabio’s mission to help brands and agencies better identify their target consumers through Sabio’s proprietary App Science™ technology, which combines insights from a consumer’s app ecosystem along with other high information value variables.

Dr. Yousry comes to Sabio from Mobile Majority (after the acquisition of Gimbal), where she held executive positions in data science. Previously, she has held senior positions at companies such as Rubicon Project, AT&T, Sempra Energy along with a distinguished group of IoT companies.

Dr. Yousry has strong product management and big data analytics experience from early-stage product development through post-market release. She has several patents and has published several articles, including one about women in the workplace entitled “The Glass Ceiling – Isn’t Glass.” She holds a Ph.D. in Quantitative Analysis and Mathematics from Ohio State University.

In her role, Dr. Yousry will create an App Science™ panel as part of Sabio’s user interface, which will let brands and agencies better understand and make the data used in the process of their campaigns more actionable.
