Salesforce’s Intelligent Customer Success Platform to connect Dell Technologies’ sales, service, marketing and more 

Salesforce, a global leader in CRM, and Dell Technologies announced a strategic technology agreement where Salesforce Einstein artificial intelligence will make Dell’s customer interactions smarter and more predictive.

As an extension of their long-standing relationship, Dell Technologies will expand the use of Salesforce’s market-leading sales, service, and marketing applications and CRM platform, which have been made smarter by Einstein artificial intelligence, to thousands of Dell Technologies employees worldwide, empowering them to deliver even greater customer success.

Dell Technologies customer contact centers worldwide will now have access to Service Cloud Einstein, integrating with the existing Sales Cloud footprint.

In addition, Dell Boomi’s leading cloud-native connection platform will be leveraged to move large volumes of data between the two companies.

Last month, Salesforce signed a multi-year agreement to use Dell’s EMC infrastructure in its data centers. In addition, the deal provided Salesforce’s 25,000 employees access to Dell’s Lattitude laptops that are considered world’s most secure, manageable and reliable business-class laptops.
