Company’s position improves in Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision
Base, the all-in-one sales platform,has been included in Gartner’s July 2017 Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation (SFA) as a Visionary. While there are more than 70 vendors in the SFA market, Base is proud to be one of the 16 recognized in this year’s quadrant.
Gartner’s SFA Magic Quadrant is a highly esteemed source of vendor information and is referenced by countless organizations during their SFA search and evaluation process. As such, inclusion in the Magic Quadrant comes after a rigorous evaluation process, including multiple interviews, product demonstrations, and customer references.
This is Base’s second year in a row being named a Visionary Vendor in Gartner’s SFA Magic Quadrant. Gartner defines Visionaries as being, “…Ahead of most potential competitors in delivering innovative products and/or delivery models. They anticipate emerging and changing sales needs and move the market into fresh areas. They have a strong potential to influence the direction of the SFA market, but are limited in terms of execution and/or track record.”
Base believes its position has improved in the Visionaries quadrant in 2017 due to its proven track record with enterprise and mid-market customers, as well as its anticipation and understanding of various market trends. One such trend is that of artificial intelligence as applied to sales execution. Base’s sales science platform, Apollo, dynamically analyzes millions of sales activity data points in real-time to provide enterprise sales teams with prescriptive insights that drive growth.
Base attributes its recognition to its analytics capabilities, easily customizable sales pipelines and process workflows and post-sales customer experience, wherein customers are assigned a dedicated, in-house customer success and implementation manager. Base also believes its flexible API, new integration marketplace, sales activity tracking features and mobile platform capabilities contribute to its position in the Visionaries quadrant.
