New Version of ClearSlide for Outlook Guides Sellers to Recommended Content and Auto-Logs Engagement Activity to Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics

Available to all ClearSlide users, ClearSlide for Office 365 and Outlook for Mac are easy-to-install add-ins that bring the power of ClearSlide to the Outlook inbox in Office 365 and Office for Mac 2016. New capabilities include the ability to guide sellers to recommended content and next step interactions based on the context or stage of an opportunity to help personalize engagement with customers.

Sellers receive instant notifications when emails are opened and content is engaged with, providing powerful insights into which clients are responding and where they are showing interest. This unique customer engagement data allows sellers to prioritize their time and focus on the most engaged opportunities – helping shorten sales cycles. Using ClearSlide’s Content Recommendation Engine, Marketing and Sales Enablement teams can recommend approved content, email templates, videos, and more tailored by industry, prospect interest, product line, and sales stage – so that salespeople can quickly access what they need directly from Outlook.
Included in ClearSlide for Outlook are improved administration settings and integration enhancements. Default settings for email make routine tasks faster, while the default CRM logging feature allows automatic recording of all outbound emails, customer responses, and content engagement directly back to Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics – helping improve data quality and gaining insights into seller progress and productivity.
