Upland, the leading Cloud-based workflow automation and enterprise work Management application provider, released a new version of LeadLander. LeadLander is website visitor analytics and reporting software that offers increased digital performance capabilities. Upland customers rely on LeadLander to uncover new leads, nurture prospects and uncover deeper insights from their web traffic.

Upland bought LeandLander in January 2016 to add a new cloud-based web analytics offering to its Digital Engagement product family.

Key enhancements to the new LeadLander software version include —

  • Enhanced mobile functionality providing users with a seamless experience, the ability to identify anonymous website visitors, and real-time notifications on the go
  • Programmatic access (API) to LeadLander data allowing for dynamic content delivery and integration with key sales applications
  • Major User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) enhancements, which make navigation simpler and the experience more efficient for sales and marketing leaders
  • Intuitive dashboard and increased performance capabilities to support the demands of large enterprise customers

The upgraded LeadLander provides specific details about each visitor to customer’s site including the anonymous ones, their trail throughout the website, as well as company details including website, address and phone number. This coupled with its real-time notification feature and arms the sales teams to enhance their prospecting and lead follow-up initiatives.

API access to LeadLander data enables dynamic content delivery based on visitor history and interests- the key to improving lead conversion rates.  The new version significantly improves the ROI on inbound and outbound marketing automation efforts.
