Cognizant to Acquire Digital Marketing and Customer Experience Agency Mirabeau BV

Mirabeau logoCognizant today announced that it will acquire privately-held Mirabeau BV, a digital marketing and customer experience agency specializing in the travel and hospitality, financial services, retail, and B2B sectors.
The acquisition will expand Cognizant’s digital business capabilities in the Netherlands and across Europe.

The Amsterdam based Mirabeau assists its client’s which include LKM, ING, Air France, Maxida, MoneYou, LeasePlan.com and Transavia to build their digital marketing strategies and carve customer experiences.
