Tapad and Sojern Come Together to Reduce Complexity for Travel Consumer Journey

Tapad Device Graph™ and Sojern’s Mobile Offering evaluate Travel Intent Signals and increase amplification rate by over 600 percent

Leading cross-device marketing technology provider, Tapad, collaborated with Sojern, the direct demand engine for travel to help marketers understand travellers’ decisions, spanning multiple devices. Sojern has developed a combination of 350 million global traveler profiles apart from billions of predictive purchase intent signals. This is utilized along with Tapad’s Device Graph™ to reduce the complications of a travel consumer’s journey and to reach out to travelers while deriving precise and actionable insights for its clients associated with the travel industry.

According to Sojern’s research, travelers research websites and online reviews before booking a trip and some consumers reach up to 450 touch-points prior to booking their tickets. Sojern partnered with Tapad to acquire consolidated data from all these touchpoints across multiple devices. This will help travel brands strategize their campaigns to nurture and engage potential customers during their decision-making journey irrespective of the device they use.

The cross-device insights we gain from the Tapad Device Graph™ provide a valuable tool for our customers to reach travellers across devices in real time, at scale and on the right device.”

Sojern evaluated multiple probabilistic and deterministic cross-device vendors and performed an extensive global test before choosing to partner with Tapad as its cross-device partner. Tapad was selected for its excellent test performance, tried-and-true experience in the market and complimentary business model. The amplification rate has already gone over 600% for Sojern owing to this integration, which means Tapad Device Graph™ connects to an average of six or more device and browser IDs for every one with a Sojern ID.
