BRIDGEi2i Analytics Solutions announced that Forrester Research, Inc., has featured the company as a ‘Strong Performer’ in its research titled, “The Forrester Wave™: Customer Analytics Service Providers, Q3 2017.

The Forrester report provides a 33-criteria evaluation of customer analytics service providers, with identification of the ten most significant ones that have the capability to ‘transform big customer data into big value.’

According to the Forrester report, “CI Pros are looking for the ability to turn data into insights and action. The customer analytics service provider market is growing as more companies strive to become insights driven. This market growth is in large part due to CI pros’ increasing need for external help to meet the growing demands of internal stakeholders.” The report goes on to note that, “Insights implementation and governance are key differentiators. It’s no longer enough for customer analytics service providers to just build predictive models. Providers need to implement these models and measure results. Vendors that can provide implementation and governance position themselves to create value for their customers.”
