TUNE Taps Top Industry Executives for Next Phase of Growth

Former Oracle Global VP Ryan Buma and seasoned CFO Leila Kirske bring deep strategic, financial, and operational expertise to TUNE

TUNE, the leading provider of mobile marketing and attribution technology, has announced the addition of two new executives to the growing company. The 350+ people strong company delivers innovative marketing solutions that help marketers and their partners effectively manage campaigns, engage the right audiences, optimize ad performance and grow their business.

Ryan Buma joins TUNE as Chief Commercial Officer. Mr. Buma, a mobile marketing technology veteran, is responsible for driving TUNE’s commercial strategy while overseeing marketing, sales, business development and customer success. Mr. Buma comes to TUNE from Oracle Corporation, where he served as Global Vice President, Oracle Marketing Cloud. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Buma served as Vice President of Twisted Pair Solutions, a mobile communications company and was instrumental in its sale to Motorola. Mr. Buma is involved with several online commerce and digital marketing startups in Seattle and New York.

Leila Kirske joins TUNE as Chief Financial Officer. In her new role, she will oversee TUNE’s continued international growth and financial performance. Kirske joins TUNE from Simply Measured where she served as CFO and guided the social analytics company through significant growth.

Earlier, Kirske served in chief financial roles at Bsquare, EMC Isilon, and Varolii. She brings extensive financial and IPO experience to the Seattle-based martech innovation company. Kirske played a vital role in the public offerings of both Bsquare, Clearwire, and Varolli. Additionally, Kirske is on the boards of PAWS and the Alliance for Pioneer Square. Both Kirske and Buma will report to Peter Hamilton, CEO.
