Bill McLaughlin runs sales and marketing for ShopAdvisor. Bill has more than 30 years of strategic technology marketing and communications experience. Bill spent the first 12 years of his career in marketing and communications positions with two of first major independent software technology companies. Bill was a founding partner of one of the first agencies to specialize in serving the nascent and fast growing high technology market. During this time the firm grew to 200 employees with over $20M in annual revenues. In 2001 the agency was purchased by Fleishman Hillard, one the world’s largest public relations agencies. Bill stayed on with agency through June 2015 as its executive vice president, leading the company through two significant recessions and a successful expansion into the healthcare market. Bill’s clients ranged from multi-billion dollar publicly held companies to venture-funded startups. Under his guidance dozens achieved market leadership positions and highly successful liquidity outcomes.
