Stackla Launches Machine Learning Based Recommendation Engine for User Generated Content

Co-Pilot Gives Digital Marketers Real-Time Content Recommendations to Improve Content Performance and Save Time

Stackla, a marketing platform for user-generated content (UGC), launched Co-Pilot, a new recommendation engine with machine learning capabilities.  Co-Pilot helps brands publish and continuously optimize personalized content marketing at scale with lesser effort.

Stackla’s machine learning algorithms help to evaluate published content, analyze how their customers interact with the content, and then provide predictive recommendations on which content will perform the best.

Stackla helps brands find, sort, and publish the best of the 2 billion pieces of UGC each day on social media to create more engaging advertising, emails, websites, apps, and even live event displays. Co-pilot applies deep learning to both the profile and performance of each piece of UGC as well as brand preferences, to help marketers continuously learn, measure and evaluate what content resonates best with the audience. Every click, like, share, vote, view, plat and buy is tracked to understand which content is engaging your audience and driving action.

Peter Cassidy, co-founder, CMO and Chief Product Officer, Stackla, said, “There is a massive amount of real customer stories shared on social media for brands to leverage, but creating and sourcing the right content for the right person across every channel has been an overwhelming task. We’ve built Co-Pilot to help marketers navigate this world of content so they can easily deliver personal, authentic and effective customer experiences at unprecedented scale.”

Co-Pilot uses visual recognition technology to scan each piece of image-based content that enters its platform. It then automatically deciphers its contents and applies relevant tags, significantly reducing the time marketers spend manually tagging and sorting content.
“Cirque du Soleil is constantly striving to translate our spectacular onstage performances into equally captivating and intimate digital experiences. Stackla’s smart technology already enabled us to genuinely connect with people through authentic user-generated content, and now their machine learning algorithm will allow us to constantly assess, optimize and personalize the way we interact with our online audiences in an increasingly real and scalable way,” said Pierre-Paul Larivière, Director of Digital Ecosystem at Cirque du Soleil, an entertainment company.

Stackla’s customers include  Subaru, McDonald’s, NVIDIA, can now leverage Co-pilot’s AI-powered recommendation engine. It was recently named as a leading UGC Technology Partner by Sitecore.
