R2i is a leading independent digital agency that announced the appointment of Jennifer Quinlan as the Chief Executive Officer effective June 26. Jennifer is a highly accomplished digital marketing executive hired by the R2i Board of Directors and private equity investor Baird Capital. She succeeds Matt Goddard, Co-Founder and former CEO, who worked closely with the Board to identify and hire a seasoned leader for the next phase of R2i’s growth.
Jennifer’s focus is on establishing the long-term roadmap for R2i’s growth, market positioning, and unique differentiators and leveraging the agency’s core capabilities, talent resources, and strategic technology partnerships to drive immediate growth results for the company.

Most recently Jennifer served as North American Digital Practice leader for IBM Global Business Services, Distribution Sector. She led a multi-disciplinary team of digital consultants and practitioners serving consumer products, retail, travel, transportation, and life sciences industries as well as the Digital Commerce practice for NA. Working with leading organizations, Jennifer and her team designed and led digital transformation initiatives in marketing and customer experience, employee experience, and supply chain manufacturing transformation.
Prior to IBM, Jennifer was Senior Vice President at Merkle, a premier digital performance management agency. Over almost a two decade tenure with Merkle, Jennifer was a key member of the leadership team responsible for growing Merkle into the international enterprise agency it is today. While at Merkle, Jennifer held leadership roles in building and evolving industry offerings as well as capabilities and growth in high tech, life sciences, hospitality, and non-profit. She also held operational and organization transformation roles. Jennifer’s experience in scaling, growing, and evolving key areas of service, sales, and operations will be integral to her role at R2i.
