Ecorys Selects Confirmit Horizons to Support Expanding Research-Based Consultancy

Multi-channel data collection and superior survey experience drive migration to Confirmit Horizons

Ecorys has selected Confirmit Horizons as the Market Research platform underpinning its expanding international research and consultancy business. Migration to the solution was completed earlier in May. The expansion with Confirmit will provide an increased flexibility and adaptability that is required by Ecorys to conduct research studies and project work on behalf of the central and local government, not-for-profit, and multi-national private sector clients in over 100 countries.

Confirmit Provides Ability to Interrogate Data and Provide Customized Reports

Confirmit Horizons, a SaaS solution for customer experience, Voice of the Employee and Market Research programs, will enable Ecorys to develop, deploy, manage and report on multi-channel, multi-lingual research projects. It brings the ability to scale a single, end-to-end platform and raise capacity to meet project peaks as needed. Moreover, it will have the ability to burst to 5-6,000 seats to conduct major annual surveys for 1-2 months each year.

Key to the selection of Confirmit Horizons was its ability to offer CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) and CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) data collection alongside online, mobile, SMS and paper-based methods. Other critical considerations were its easy-to-use survey authoring and programming capabilities, streamlined panel management and customizable reporting and dashboards.
