Thunderhead ONE Engagement Hub will drive customer engagement by delivering hyper-personalised content for PwC Suite’s ONE Engagement Hub- a customer engagement platform has been selected by PwC for its PwC Suite, which is a brand new service created to deliver accurate knowledge and visual insights to Tax, HR and Legal professionals. PwC Suite will leverage ONE Engagement Hub to deliver hyper-personalised content, ensuring that clients receive relevant information tailored to their needs when they access the suite.
