Airbus Leverages Salesforce Einstein Ai And Crm Platform To Achieve Digital Transformation With Enhanced Cx
Global CRM leader, Salesforce, announced that it has been chosen by Airbus, one of the largest aircraft manufacturers in the world with more than 130,000 employees, to deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud Einstein and Service Cloud Einstein as part of its global digital transformation strategy. Salesforce empowers companies to connect with their customers in a whole new way apart from that, Salesforce Einstein artificial intelligence will deliver predictive and personalized customer experiences for the aviation giant.

This will further enable Airbus is to be more innovative and seamlessly responsive towards customer needs. In addition, the company is bringing its sales and service teams within a single platform with a focus on increasing collaboration across departments and enabling smarter business decisions based on real-time data.
Airbus plans to implement Salesforce across all of its divisions, starting with its Corporate Jet, Commercial Aircraft, Helicopters and Services Divisions.
