John Arnott, ING’s Executive Director – Customer was named CEO magazine’s 2016 Marketing Executive of the Year.
John is responsible for Customer Intelligence, Marketing, Product and Customer Experience at ING DIRECT Australia.
This includes creating compelling and relevant propositions that allow ING DIRECT to acquire new customers, broaden and deepen relationships with existing customers, and deliver an experience that ING DIRECT’s 1.6m customers both love and advocate .
He began his career as a Graduate with HSBC in the UK and later joined ING DIRECT in the UK managing online channels, before moving to Australia in the role of Advertising Manager.
John headed up the Mortgage and Savings businesses before taking on both product streams as Director of Products. He was appointed to the ING DIRECT Australia Executive Committee in 2013.
