Currently, I am the EVP, Chief People Officer at Citrix, a $3.2B, publicly traded, IT services company focused on making the world’s data and applications secure and easy to access. Citrix is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with engineering centers in Santa Clara, CA, Raleigh, North Carolina, Bangalore, India and Nanjing, China. The company operates in 60+ countries with a labor force of 9,500. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, I am responsible for partnering to drive the global and strategic HR strategy focused on a one-company strategy with a winning culture. Formerly, I was the SVP, Global HR at IGT, the leading global operator and provider of innovative technology in regulated lotteries and gaming markets. Listed on the NYSE, IGT is incorporated in Great Britain with headquartered in London, England, Providence, Rhode Island, Las Vegas, Nevada and Rome, Italy and generated $6.5B in revenue with locations in 60 countries and a total labor force of ~14,000. Prior to IGT, I was the SVP, Global HR at Sensata Technologies, in Attleboro, Massachusetts, a $2B electronics manufacturing company with 14,000 employees in 23+ countries that was divested from Texas Instruments to Bain Capital in April 2006, and went public on the NYSE in March 2010. As a part of the senior team, we divested, rebranded, built and transformed the company. Globally, I led the creation of HR strategy as a lever for business strategy. Prior, I was VP, Global Human Resources for the Sensors & Controls business within Texas Instruments, global Manager of Leadership and OD and global Business HR Manager for Broadband Communications. And, I was 12 years in HR/OD in the Financial Services industry. I have my MS in Organization Development, Pepperdine University, a BA in Organizational Communication, University of Delaware, was formerly the Chair of the Board at Sturdy Memorial Hospital and on the Board at University of Rhode Island's International Engineering Program.
