Bloomfire Wins Three Summer Best of Awards From TrustRadius

Bloomfire is proud to be recognized by TrustRadius in the Best Feature Set, Best Relationship, and Best Value for Price categories.

Bloomfire announced that TrustRadius has recognized them with three 2022 Summer Best of Awards: Best Feature Set, Best Relationship, and Best Value for Price in the knowledge management software category. Best Feature Set awards highlight companies with feature sets that have gone above and beyond to delight users, while Best Relationship awards highlight companies that provide their customers with accurate implementation expectations, solid follow-through on sales and marketing promises, and provide enough ROI to buy the program again. Best Value awards, a new category, recognize products providing customers with outstanding ROI.

“Buyers have a wide range of knowledge management systems to choose from,” said Megan Headley, VP of Research at TrustRadius. “Bloomfire has won Summer Best of Awards for Best Value for Price, Best Feature Set, and Best Relationship based entirely on customer feedback. Every Bloomfire reviewer on TrustRadius said they would buy the software again. Reviewers also gave Bloomfire a 9.0/10 for usability and an 8.6/10 for customer support.”

To win a Summer Best of Award in any category, organizations had to receive a minimum of 10 TrustRadius reviews between January 1 and June 30, 2022. Winners also had to rank in the top three positions of their category by the percentage of positive responses they earned. Extra vetting and analysis when needed were performed by the TrustRadius research team.
The awards Bloomfire won had the following additional criteria:

  • Best Feature Set: Reviews needed to feature specific key insights about the product’s feature set.
  • Best Relationship: Reviews needed to feature key insights about the product’s relationship status (e.g., communication with sales and customer success representatives, guidance through the implementation process).
  • Best Value for Price: Winners needed to provide accurate pricing in their product profiles and rank among the top three positions in their category.
