Tara Francois
For more than 25 years, Tara Francois has delivered software solutions to prospects and customers across the globe. She comes to Hyland with significant expertise in building highly effective presales, sales operations, sales and account management teams. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Solutions Engineering for Smartsheet, and has held various sales leadership roles with Oracle NetSuite and Concur Technologies. At Hyland, she will use her impressive background to build and execute a strategic operational plan for our sales engineering and value consulting functions that drive process improvement and innovation globally.

Thomas Bailey
With over 20 years of sales leadership, Thomas Bailey is a seasoned leader at driving growth, transforming teams and scaling strategies. He has a proven track record of evolving sales teams, delivering consistent year-over-year growth, and achieving high ARR retention through data-driven insights. His experience in customer transformation has helped clients transition from legacy models to modern, value-driven solutions. Prior to Hyland, he held senior leadership roles at PTC, where he successfully led enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships. Most recently, he served as VP of North America at aPriori, where he helped customers embrace the digital thread to drive transformational change across their organizations.

Based in Munich, Germany, his career includes leadership roles at Rockwell Automation, IBM, Microsoft and Oracle. Most recently, he served as VP Enterprise Software Sales -EMEA at Rockwell Automation, where he drove enterprise growth and led strategic expansions into new markets such as IrelandPoland and the Middle East.
