Casepoint Expands Sales and Marketing Leadership as Growth Surge Continues
Casepoint expands team and accelerates market penetration with end-to-end cloud-based data discovery solution, despite ongoing pandemic

Casepoint, a leader in cloud-based legal technology solutions, announced the appointment of three key positions in the Sales & Marketing department. Seasoned sales executive Tom Disantis joins Casepoint as vice president of sales, and product marketing executive Richa Dhanda joins as vice president of marketing. Additionally, Amit Dungarani, who has helped lead Casepoint’s Sales & Marketing department since 2016, was promoted to vice president of partnerships & strategic initiatives. In the latter half of 2019, Casepoint set out to hire vice president leadership across all departments. The addition of these positions is the latest in a series of organizational developments to sustain the company’s accelerated growth. Over the past six months, Casepoint has increased its market share by 50% in the government, corporate, and law firm verticals. The company has also grown its workforce from 550 to 625 employees over the same period. Tom, Richa, and Amit will contribute to increased maturity in sales execution as Casepoint expands its offerings to data discovery workflows beyond eDiscovery, including investigations and FOIA requests.

Richa Dhanda brings over two decades of strategy, marketing, and leadership experience to her new role as vice president of marketing at Casepoint. Richa was previously responsible for global product and solutions marketing at Talend, a cloud data integration company. She has extensive experience in driving business growth, increasing customer adoption and retention, and establishing and communicating market leadership with modern technology marketing initiatives. Prior to working at Talend, Richa led product marketing for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of data protection technology products. Her career spans notable names including Nutanix and VMware. She brings a broad understanding of B2B technology strategy and marketing experience.

Amit Dungarani has been charged with leading Casepoint’s partnerships efforts, which represent an exciting growth area for the company.
