Kibo’s Latest Product Updates Help Companies Unlock the Freedom of Flexibility

Kibo continues to make smart investments in composable commerce with recent product updates, strategic partnerships, and client go-lives.

Kibo, a leading composable digital commerce platform, today announced product updates, strategic partnerships, and recent client go-lives from Q1, 2023. Kibo’s continued focus on composable solutions provides retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturers the freedom of flexibility required to succeed in today’s competitive market.

“Companies used to have to choose between business-friendly commerce functionality and developer agility. With Kibo, our clients have both,” said Ram Venkataraman, CEO, Kibo. “We enable our clients to take ownership of their commerce platform without having to build it from scratch. The depth of our out-of-the-box capabilities coupled with the extensibility of the platform allows technical users to focus on delivering differentiated experiences.”

Product Updates
Kibo recently announced two new product updates, including Extensible Order Routing and Substitutions. Extensible Order Routing gives business users the autonomy to extend custom attributes without needing IT or vendor help and the flexibility to align order routing with their unique organizational goals and supply chain operations. Substitutions gives companies the ability to substitute one product for another during the fulfillment process.

“We’re excited to continue rolling out updates across our Order Management, eCommerce, and Subscription solutions throughout 2023 that give technical users the freedom of flexibility and business users the freedom to build exceptional customer experiences,” said Vinesh Vis, Chief Revenue Officer at Kibo.
