Edify Adds 45,000 Users in Massive Global Contact Center and Unified Communications Deal

European-based Telecom Company to Begin Implementation Immediately; Annual Double Digit Growth Projected

Edify, the customer experience software company that makes business communications feel more like personal ones, announced it has completed a 45,000-user deal with a European-based telecom provider. This is the first deal of its kind for Edify. The new customer will begin implementing the Edify platform immediately and predicts double-digit growth year-over-year for the next three years.

“I’ve watched Edify closely from the very beginning as it introduced a new approach to business communication with a single platform for contact center and UC, priced in a way that makes it easier for enterprises to manage,” said Blair Pleasant, President & Principal Analyst, COMMFusion and co-founder of BCStrategies. “This deal signifies that even the largest, most mission-critical environments are ready to evolve the way they interact with customers and with each other internally. It also validates Edify’s strategy of delivering a cloud-native global platform at significant scale.”

“We won because our new customer needed nothing less than what the Edify platform can deliver from a global reliability and quality perspective, as well as from a feature/function and usability perspective,” said Cameron Weeks, co-founder and CEO of Edify. ”No other platform actively lives in multiple public clouds simultaneously and offers a user experience that natively puts every interaction channel in one window along with built-in AI, no-code workflows, coaching, recording, reporting, and unified communications capabilities. We are thrilled with this new relationship and grateful for all of the hard work that went on behind the scenes to make it happen.”

Edify unites contact center (CCaaS), unified communications (UCaaS), and real-time communications (CPaaS/API) functionality in a single, cloud-native software solution that lets users move seamlessly among channels within one conversation. This gives agents the ultimate flexibility to serve customers faster and more completely from within a single pane of glass.
