Jacob Tyler Brand + Digital Agency, an award-winning San Diego-based branding and digital agency, has announced the appointment of Jeshua Stevens as art director. In his new role, Stevens is situated at the center of the agency’s visual design team and is responsible for crafting authentic and iconic campaigns that disrupt and change the way people think.

A passionate storyteller and industry professional, Stevens brings more than 15 years of creative experience to his role, with expertise in integrated marketing and campaigns including development of photography and video content. Prior to joining Jacob Tyler, Stevens served on projects for some of the world’s leading brands at top agencies including Bulldog Drummond, Vitro Agency, and Piston. His diverse freelance and agency experience guided him to specialize in brand development, integrated campaigns, photo-shoot development and graphic design for both traditional and digital projects. Stevens’ work has been recognized locally and nationally, rightfully earning two National Silver ADDYs for his work on an integrated digital campaign and digital advertising for Cars.com.

Stevens earned his Associate in Arts degree at the Art Institute of California San Diego. He then extended his studies in branding at San Diego City College where he was awarded a grant to study in Imatra, Finland at the Saimaa University of Applied Sciences. Here, he earned a certificate in Environmental Arts and his work was featured in the 2002 Imatra Environmental Art Biennial in Finland. When he’s not busy crafting great brands you can find him, family in tow, searching for new experiences and inspirations while enjoying the surf, sun, and fun of Southern California.
