Results of the survey show PoliteMail scored highest in the respect and camaraderie dimensions of the Great Place to Work® Trust Index©. Within these categories, the highest scores came from those relating to work-life balance and flexibility. Throughout the pandemic, employees at PoliteMail had the personal choice of remaining remote, adopting a hybrid office model, or coming back into the office full time; and this continues today. This work location flexibility helps support PoliteMail’s employees and their families. Other results showed that employees at PoliteMail feel welcomed and a sense of community with their colleagues.

The people at PoliteMail align with these values and make our company stand out and I couldn’t be prouder to be a part of this team. We celebrate them and thank them for all they do to earn this recognition.”
