Working closely with top partners, Allganize quickly realized there was a dire need to allow customers to customize and automate their workflows. Automation 2.0 was developed to create a sequence of actions to complete natural language understanding tasks, not achievable with any other AI solutions. Through Allganize’s intuitive workflow builder, users can easily select a variety of trigger types, such as when a new email is received or when a new document is created, that will begin the workflow. Once the trigger type is set, the user would then select an action type, for instance automatically assigning hashtags by AI, in order to instruct the system which task to automate in the workflow. Through the ability to customize workflows, businesses no longer have to have their employees spend countless hours manually doing these repetitive tasks.

“In insurance and finance industries, many tasks are still heavily manual such as an underwriter’s document comparison and a customer support agent’s analyzing email attachments,” says Changsu Lee, CEO and founder of Allganize. “With Allganize’s Automation 2.0, these tasks can be automated end-to-end.”

Allganize developed Automation 2.0 because they realized that there was a significant amount of manual work and human intervention required to ingest data from documents into a knowledge base. This process could be easily automated and even enhanced through the use of AI workflows and text classification. By developing a custom workflow, Allganize’s AI solution will classify data within text documents and automatically suggest hashtags, saving massive amounts of hours manually tagging the data.

After the agent confirms that the hashtags are correct, a trigger can be set to begin entity extraction for each contract that is ingested. The natural language processing and automation inherent in Allganize’s solution provides tremendous value for this process. Without Automation 2.0, customers will typically have to load the documents, manually tag data for classification, and then run the entity extraction every time for thousands of documents. Allganize estimates that Automation 2.0 will save about 2.5 hours a day per employee, increasing their productivity and efficiency.

Allganize AI solutions are disruptive across multiple industries which are document heavy to be able to deliver exceptional customer and employee support. Allganize’s Alli answer bot can be deployed both on the customer side to resolve support inquiries in under 30 seconds and on the employee side to automate internal help desk tickets for HR, IT, or finance departments.
