Comcast Acquires Deep Blue Communications

Industry Leader in Engineering, Installing, and Managing Commercial WiFi Networks to Complement Comcast Business Offerings

Comcast announced it has completed the acquisition of Deep Blue Communications – a Latham, NY-based industry leader in engineering, installing, and managing commercial WiFi networks. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The acquisition allows Comcast to combine the power and reliability of its advanced network solutions with intelligent, managed WiFi that creates greater efficiency for businesses and differentiated experiences for customers.
