Agent CRM: The New Software For Insurance Agents, Combining 7 Tools Into One

The Branning Group announced a new software package called “Agent CRM”, which was launched to their customers on June 1 and is now being made available nationwide. The software combines seven tools into one: a CRM, email marketing, text message marketing, automations, pipelines for organization, booking appointments and a “power dialer”. It’s already getting positive feedback, with John Wojciak saying, “It’s been a game changer for me!”

Alex Branning replied to an inquiry about why they built Agent CRM, and he said “My passion is to help insurance agents make more money, save time and help them build the business of their dream… Agent CRM is an ambitious project that has exceeded our expectations and over-delivers for our clients. We’re thrilled to be rolling this out nationwide.”

One of the most popular features of Agent CRM is the “hot live transfer”, where the agent can actually get a phone call from Agent CRM when a new lead comes in from a Facebook ad. The agent is called, and then if they’re available to chat Agent CRM calls the new lead and puts them on the phone right away with the agent. “When a lead fills out a form, every hour that passes without them hearing from the insurance agent is a wasted hour – with the Hot Live Transfer feature, we are making it so easy for our clients to capitalize on the interest of their new prospect,” said Ryan Hocke, operations manager at the Branning Group.

The newest, and arguably most requested feature, is the “power dialer” within the software. The automatic dialer pulls a list of leads for the agent, and then calls each of them one after the other, without manually dialing the numbers. If the prospect doesn’t answer, the agent can click “No Answer” and Agent CRM will leave a voicemail for the current prospect and simultaneously start calling the next prospect on the list of leads. “There are a lot of great power dialing solutions available now, but we really wanted to incorporate the feature inside of Agent CRM to make the software an all-inclusive hub for our clients.”

Colby Amerine said, “Love this CRM, it really is an all-in-one! I was able to cancel over $500 in monthly subscriptions to multiple services I no longer need. I saved myself $6,000 a year!”

“Agent CRM is a one stop shop for anyone looking to generate leads, manage marketing and communication with potential clients and most importantly close sales. It’s by far the most user friendly and effective CRM I’ve used since I started my first business in 2010. It’s the perfect system whether you’re just beginning to use a CRM or have been using one for decades”, raved Justin O’Dell.
