Ada’s Inaugural ACX-PO Demonstrates How Best-in-Class CX Teams Deliver Automated Brand Interactions at Scale

One-day virtual conference validated need for new approach to broken brand interactions and customer experience

Ada, the leader in Automated Customer Experience (ACX), launched its inaugural ACX-PO on June 17, bringing together more than 1,000 attendees to understand the power of an automation-first approach to CX. ACX-PO featured market-leading best practices from Ada partners and clients, including Convey, Mailchimp, Facebook, Litebit and more, demonstrating the global strategic business opportunity of scaling meaningful brand interactions.

Over the past 15 months, digital has become the primary means of communication and connection, and Ada was there to help companies like Zoom, Shopify, Upwork, and AirAsia scale with an automation-first strategy that empowered them to interact more with customers, when it mattered most. AXC-PO attendees heard directly from brands that have launched an ACX strategy, as well as best practices from conversational AI experts and analysts, to make ACX a critical element of overall brand strategy.

“Thanks to our customers, ACX-PO demonstrated the depth and breadth of ACX use cases, with industry-leading teams talking about real projects and impacts. The takeaway is clear: a well-executed ACX strategy can have powerful, positive benefits for the business, for customers, and for the CX organization. We’re thrilled with the success of this event, and excited about what we will be able to showcase next year, as interaction volumes continue to swell across our customer base,” said Ruth Zive, Ada’s SVP of Marketing.

Attendees responded favorably to the event calling it “one of the best events I’ve attended this year,” and noting that “everything seemed very well thought-out. Great job.”
