Workato Earns 2023 Great Place to Work Certification

The leading enterprise automation company continues to prioritize employee well-being, the employee experience, and company culture

Workato, the leading enterprise automation platform, is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place to Work® for the second year. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Workato. This year, 95% of employees said Workato is a great place to work – 38 points higher than the average U.S. company.

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention, and increased innovation.

“Great Place to Work Certification™ isn’t something that comes easily – it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place to Work. “It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that Workato is one of the best companies to work for in the country.”

“We are thrilled to once again become Great Place to Work-Certified™ as we consider the experience and well-being of our employees a top priority every day,” said Carle Quinn, Chief People Officer at Workato. “We owe our continued success to our team of dedicated employees here at Workato. We celebrate and thank them for all they do to earn this incredible recognition and look forward to working together to make 2023 a great year.”

This year, Workato officially launched its Global Days Off program to promote ongoing and regular recharging time for employees. Once a month, all employees regardless of tenure, location, or employment status, were given a full day off supplementary to Workato’s existing company holidays and unlimited PTO benefits. By implementing mandatory, global days off, Workato employees are able to unplug from work, without worrying about returning to a stack of unread emails, or the concern that their team was stretched too thin in their absence.

According to Great Place to Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits, and have a fair chance at promotion.
