COVID-19 forced most nonessential organizations to establish remote work environments almost overnight, making FluentStream’s capabilities invaluable for thousands of organizations. These services are expected to remain essential. According to a recent EY study, 75% of companies envision a future without centralized workspaces.

For one partner, FluentStream’s flexible communication services enabled hundreds of its businesses to stay operational during a time of heightened uncertainty. FluentStream had just signed a strategic partnership agreement with BroadAspect to provide voice services to customers at the onset of COVID-19 in March 2020. BroadAspect, an on-premises services provider, worked collaboratively with FluentStream to quickly transition customers to FluentStream’s communication platform. Four years later, Chris Chamberlain, CEO of BroadAspect, attests to customers’ continued satisfaction with FluentStream’s voice communication services and award-winning support.

“Our partnership with FluentStream has proven very effective in providing modern business communication services that offer reliability and flexibility in ways that meet the needs of organizations post-pandemic,” said Chamberlain. “We know that customers will receive outstanding voice services and support from FluentStream.”

“The timing of our partnership with BroadAspect, coinciding with the start of the pandemic, proved pivotal for these customers as they, like so many others, had to swiftly adapt to remote work,” said Cass Gilmore, CEO, FluentStream. “As more organizations commit to long-term hybrid and remote work environments, we expect our business communication services will continue to enable these transitions and help organizations achieve greater productivity and employee satisfaction.”

In 2020, FluentStream embraced a fully remote work environment and relies on its own communication services to enable its employees and customers to connect and collaborate nationwide.
