New service includes virtual tour with each campaign through iGUIDE partnership

Lion & Orb, a leading real estate public relations company, announced the launch of PressList, the world’s first listing publicity service to real estate agents and brokers. The new service will be available on April 30 in 10 markets across the United States.

PressList matches properties with interested media publishers. It combines Lion & Orb’s archived data, knowledge of real estate and media relationships across the globe to get homes in the news and in front of millions of home buyers and sellers. PressList leverages media opportunities to provide coverage for the best homes and agent stories in the market. Since 2015, Lion & Orb has provided listing publicity services for more than 250 agents in 25 markets surpassing $3 billion in home sales.

For the launch, Lion & Orb partnered with iGuide, a Toronto-based start up with a proprietary camera and software that delivers the world’s most accurate floor plan measurements combined with a high resolution virtual tour. Together with iGuide, Lion & Orb will offer this service to agents included with all sign ups.
