MetroNet to Acquire Jaguar Communications

MetroNet Holdings, LLC, the parent company of MetroNet, a 100% fiber optic communications provider, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Jaguar Communications (“Jaguar”). Based in Owatonna, Minnesota, Jaguar has an extensive fiber network throughout Southern Minnesota that serves both residential and commercial customers with fiber-based voice, video and high speed broadband services.
