Dutch platform listed among 28 global providers

Dutch loyalty platform NeoDay has been featured in Forrester’s The Loyalty Platforms Landscape, Q3 2025. The comprehensive study profiles 28 global loyalty technology providers for enterprises seeking to deploy loyalty programmes more strategically.

Forrester developed the landscape report to help B2C marketers select the right technology partner from an increasingly diverse marketplace. The report provides insight into the value businesses can expect from loyalty platforms and how providers differ in terms of scale, functionality, and market focus.

Previous Forrester research demonstrates that consumers are switching brands more frequently whilst simultaneously using more loyalty programmes to secure benefits. Companies are responding with innovative solutions that better leverage data, personalisation, and real-time interaction. NeoDay has invested significantly in these areas over recent years.

From points collection to brand experience

The Tilburg-based company assists retailers and FMCG brands—from supermarkets and petrol stations to cinemas—in establishing loyalty programmes through an integrated platform. This enables marketers to manage campaigns independently without relying on IT departments or external agencies.
