Features Now Live in the Fall ’18 Release Include Yext’s Integration with Snapchat, Intelligent Review Response, and Yext Analytics Integration with Tableau

Yext, Inc. the leader in Digital Knowledge Management (DKM), announced that its Fall ’18 Product Release is now live for Yext customers and partners. The Fall ’18 Release includes Yext’s integration with Snapchat, intelligent review response, and a new Yext integration with Tableau.

The Fall ’18 Release includes the following features:

  • Snapchat: Now in the Yext Knowledge Network: Yext’s integration with Snapchat allows businesses to power the facts about them in Snapchat Context Cards and Organic Venue Geofilters directly from Yext. The integration is now live for Yext customers.
  • Intelligent Review Response: Businesses can harness the power of Sentiment Analysis to give every customer an on-brand, personal response to their feedback at scale.
  • New Tableau Integration: This new integration allows businesses to pull Yext Analytics data into their Tableau dashboards, via the newest addition to the Yext App Directory.
