CallRail sustained a landmark year, growing employee headcount, customer base, partner network, and enhancing product portfolio.

CallRail, a marketing analytics and business communications platform, announced today that it achieved several historic milestones in 2021. CallRail ended 2021 serving more than 200,000 businesses worldwide and with more than $75M in annual recurring revenue. Celebrating its 10th anniversary year, CallRail has solidified its position as a technology partner of choice for businesses of all sizes who rely on calls, texts, and chats to communicate with leads and turn them into valuable customers.

  • Talent: CallRail ended 2021 with 300 employees, a 55% increase in headcount year-over-year. Also of note, welcomed Marc Ginsberg as CEO.
