Prior to joining EngageSmart, Canzano spent seven years at Salesforce Inc., most recently as Senior Director of Product Management. While in that role, he drove the development and launch of Salesforce Payments, Salesforce’s new payments processing solution.

Earlier in his career, Canzano worked on the Merger & Strategic Advisory team at Goldman Sachs, helping to close transactions in excess of $3B in enterprise value. He went on to become co-founder and Managing Partner of Cronus Partners LLC, an investment banking boutique. In addition to winning and executing investment banking mandates of all types in software, SaaS, and other technology areas specializing in payments, ecommerce, and retailing industries, Canzano managed the firm’s team across operations, finance, personnel, compliance, marketing, and service delivery/advisory.
