Spores Network, the leading Asia-influenced NFT marketplace, has updated its platform to reflect an entirely new NFT ecosystem that is powered through a curated marketplace – art, gaming, and entertainment – combined with a GameFi launchpad and enhanced through a proprietary games publishing platform activating IDO, IGO, and INO opportunities. Spores now enables artists, content creators, and brands to activate the Metaverse (Web3) by bridging digital and physical experiences.

Later this month, Spores will launch Republique, a meta-experience consisting of a museum, retail space, and sculpture parque. “We are creating a unique space for creators to bring their vision and story to life in a much larger way than just a digital image. As an artist or brand, one can create most anything conceived within our internal and landscaped gallery. We are offering you the freedom to tell your narrative and showcase your work as you see fit. As a buyer, you can now see the vision the artist had, see the scale, and understand the story behind it. Then, in just the click of a button you can easily purchase. This is an exciting innovation and the response we’ve received from artists, creators, and brands has been incredibly positive,” stated Duc Luu, Executive Chairman of Spores Network.

Artists expected to participate in the launch of Republique include:

  • Todd Gray, acclaimed contemporary artist for more than 35 years, known for his sculptures and large-scale murals.
  • Tillavision, the industry’s go-to digital animator, working with some of the biggest names in music, fashion and sports.
  • DSL, one of the largest private collections of Chinese contemporary art in the world.

The Spores marketplace has activated several high value programs over the last few weeks, including $3M+ in virtual land and transportation sales through its gaming vertical and a Super BOOMi loot box program that sold over 80% of pre-sale inventory within hours of opening through their marketplace entertainment vertical. Many more programs are scheduled to drop over the next three months. According to Gregory Butz, Spores Network CMO, “it’s an exciting time to be partnering with incredible artists, IP, and brands by helping them realize their NFT ambitions and activating early Web3 revenue generating solutions. We are at the starting line of an incredibly rewarding journey for all involved.”

The Spores leadership team will offer additional insights through a Town Hall meeting on Friday, December 3rd hosted from Art Basel Miami, North America’s most comprehensive international contemporary art fair with over 250 galleries from 35 countries, showcasing works by more than 4,000 artists.
