“Over the last four years, Stephanie has demonstrated her leadership skills, but most importantly, she has earned the trust and respect of the entire team and our customers,” said Hill.

Cox led the ambitious effort to overhaul Lumavate’s product-market fit and define a new product roadmap. The company expanded its sales strategy from a direct selling model to include product-led growth (PLG). Over the summer of 2020, the Lumavate team rebuilt its platform and migrated all existing customers in less than four months.

“In 2020, we witnessed a 335 percent year-over-year increase in the number of published apps in our platform,” said Cox. “That growth was only possible because our team made the impossible happen, rising to the challenge of rebuilding our entire platform.”

“It is a thrilling time to be stepping into this role. We’re building our product and business around the belief that creating apps should be accessible to everyone,” said Cox. “Our team has created incredible momentum during the past year and we’re on the cusp of an exciting new chapter of growth. We’re committed to continually proving our leadership position in the no-code space through ongoing product enhancements and delighting our customers.”
