Mobile customer engagement and analytics solutions provider CleverTap announced the launch of Journeys, an omnichannel campaign builder created to help marketers engage with customers along their individual paths throughout the app lifecycle. Powered by CleverTap’s advanced automation and segmentation technologies, Journeys helps ensure that each customer receives relevant messages based on their in-app behaviors, current activity, location and other attributes.

Using Journeys’ drag-and-drop interactive campaign visualizer, marketers can easily configure rich customer journey workflows, with complex sequences of contextual messages and additional functionality such as optimal delays for action/inaction, live campaign stats and frequency caps. As each customer moves through their unique mobile journey, they are dynamically sub-segmented to ensure they receive the right message at the right time, which encourages long-term engagement. Following implementation of Journeys, a CleverTap customer in the fintech space experienced a 5x increase in engagement during onboarding compared to pre-Journeys averages.
