Fanatical Labs Launches Glances – Its New No-Code Integration Platform

Fanatical Labs, developers of high-quality software integrations for CRM systems and popular tech platforms for over 15 years, has officially launched its latest product, Glances. This one-of-a-kind solution unifies the multiple applications business professionals use on a daily basis, delivering the ever-elusive single customer view that helps save time and company resources.

“Developing integrations is our specialty, so we have a realistic understanding of our clients’ struggles when it comes to navigating a variety of programs. Our research brought one common pain point to light: businesses want to easily access a single, more complete view of their customer data. Despite various job roles and industries, they all share the time-wasting struggle of chasing crucial customer data from one online app to another. This is how the concept for Glances was born,” said Jason Eggers, co-founder and CEO of Fanatical Labs.

Glances is a gamechanger in the Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) industry because it unifies customer data from numerous applications without the need for any coding, data syncing, or scheduling jobs. This fresh, no-code technology will benefit both B2C and B2B-focused professionals that work in CRMs, support systems, marketing platforms, and other necessary apps because they can stay in their program of choice, but still gain access to a holistic view of each customer. Glances makes this possible by unifying users’ apps with a simplified, easy-to-use customer view that provides real-time data from within any app they are using.

“With the many iPaaS solutions out there, we knew there had to be a simpler way to make a single customer view integration. Something where you connect your apps and see your customer data with just a few clicks. In most cases you do not need to actually SYNC customer data, you only need to SEE a customer’s data in a specific context while you’re working. Once we overcame a few key technology hurdles, we started building our MVP,” said Chad Hutchins, co-founder and CTO of Fanatical Labs.

“The perfect end-user for Glances is any company that relies on multiple technologies to deliver their customer experience lifecycle. They might use Mailchimp for email marketing, Zendesk for customer support, Salesforce as their CRM, QuickBooks for accounting…and so on,” Hutchins added.

Designed to be seamless and user friendly, it takes a few minutes for users to set up Glances and connect their apps of choice. When signed in, Glancey – the helpful persona of Glances – will conveniently stamp email addresses that display on the webpage being viewed. Users can simply click the stamp to see data associated with that email. Another way to quickly access relevant data is to click on the Glances widget in the corner of the current webpage. Ultimately, Glances works to empower users with immediate access to the most updated customer information, exactly when and where they need it. Learn more about how Glances works.

In addition to the convenience of having a simplified, single customer view, Glances offers significant time and resource-saving benefits for businesses. Recent industry research shows employees can switch apps over 1,100 times a day, toggling between as many as 35 apps per shift (Pegasystems 2018 study, “Demystifying the Desktop.”) When these tab-switching habits span across the years, the time wasted can add up to days of lost work and an increase in errors for companies that rely on multiple apps critical to employee job functions.

Glances helps solve these modern workplace issues by preventing the need for tab switching, searching, and clicking around to find important information. It brings the once scattered and siloed customer data from various online apps into one summary-level format, so users can realistically reduce frustrations, keep their focus, and boost productivity.
