“Pinterest is leading the way with visual discovery and we know that high-quality creative is what drives engagement and performance, so we couldn’t be more thrilled to partner with Pinterest on this journey as a Pinterest Marketing Partner.”
Alex Collmer, Founder/CEO VidMob

Designed and built for Pinterest

“Since Pinterest is visual and personal, creating good Pins requires a special touch. With our new PMPs, marketers get access to teams already trained by the Pinterest Creative Strategy team on our best practices. These teams have created thousands upon thousands of Pins to date and are now ready to help businesses make more,” inform Alex Guttler and Jyri Kidwell, through the company’s blog post.

Guttler and Kidwell add that with the new tools from these PMPs, brands can now tap 10,000+ designers, editors, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and creators. “There are tools to manage briefs, assets, style guidelines and feedback,” they explain, adding “Now making high-quality Pins can happen faster than ever before”.  Thus, advertisers will now be able to create Promoted Pins that can be delivered directly to their boards for their ad campaigns.

“Brand Networks is excited about the year on year growth and impact we are witnessing in key verticals on Pinterest; we couldn’t be more bullish about the opportunity for advertisers.”
Dave Fall, CEO Brand Networks

The blog post claims that 90% of weekly Pinners use Pinterest for purchase decisions. “In fact, 78% of people say that content from brands is useful. And with Creative PMPs, advertisers can quickly get from idea to creating campaigns that get people to try and buy. Our PMPs can deliver finished Pins directly to advertiser boards so they can be used in ad campaigns,” concludes the blog post.

Pinterest also announced that it has added Smartly.io to its list of Advertising PMPs and Hootsuite to its list of Content Marketing PMPs.
