TVPage, the company that powers virtual brand ambassador storefronts for e-commerce, is bringing a live shopping capability to its Storefront app. A new virtual selling app for retail e-commerce and gaming, the Storefront app allows online content creators to become brand ambassadors and virtual sales associates for major participating brands while earning a commission. With the need for retailers to go touchless and an increasing number of consumers shopping online, the live shopping feature is a new performance-based digital channel for brands and offers an additional revenue stream for online creators.

Within the app, ambassadors are able to create personalized virtual storefronts hosted on brands’ websites. The app allows ambassadors to upload shoppable videos where customers can click-to-purchase featured products. With the live shopping feature, online ambassadors can host and promote live shopping experiences within their individual storefronts. Gamers can also create live experiences where fans and followers can watch esports in real-time. Ambassadors can then promote these live experiences across social media to attract larger audiences to their storefronts.

During live viewing events, audiences can interact with ambassadors in real-time providing a highly engaging digital experience. Live shopping is launching with these providers: Zoom, Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, Gotomeeting, and Twitch. Recorded shoppable sessions can be uploaded to ambassadors’ storefronts to create perpetual traffic and engagement that continues to drive sales and commission to the ambassadors.
