Lyndsay Menzies

Lyndsay Menzies is the founder and CEO of 8 Million Stories (8MS.com) where she brings a wealth of experience from running and growing digital agencies, since Google’s inception in 1998. Previously CEO, and member of the founding team, of Bigmouthmedia, which became Europe’s largest independent search engine marketing agency, running global digital marketing campaigns for renowned brands including British Airways, Marriott, Skype, Barclays and Hilton Hotels, Lyndsay went on to merge this business with LBi International, where she became CMO and member of the Executive team, responsible for the growth of the digital marketing offering and billings across 18 countries. Additionally, she assumed joint responsibility for LBi’s technology platform and was actively involved in key client accounts such as IKEA, Skype, Carlsberg, Cancer Research and Barclays and oversaw the period of accelerated growth that led to LBi’s acquisition by Publicis in 2012. Last year, Lyndsay was named in both FutureScot’s ’50 people from Scotland’s technologies industry who are changing the world’ and Business Insider’s ‘Top 20 Inspiring Women in Business in Scotland’. Outside of digital marketing, Lyndsay holds a degree in Chemistry, as well as devoting her time to her two small children, Bengal cats, travel, fine food, and wine.
