How the Challenge Unfolded on the Demo Day

As part of the official press release, SenseGiz, Xane and Eyedentify were ranked as top-three startups. They would immediately get an opportunity to undertake a paid Proof-of-Concept with Maruti Suzuki for actual business use. SenseGiz won the challenge during the presentations on Demo Day. One of the customers includes Toytota – the world’s most preferred automotive brand.

The journey for these startups was a long, exhaustive one. Maruti Suzuki identified the 5 startups at least 3-4 months ago. Post selection into the first cohort, all the 5 startups underwent an extensive 3 months long acceleration program.

Here, they were mentored by various experts from both domestic as well as an international startup ecosystem. Concurrently, they received guidance from domain experts at Maruti Suzuki. The startups were given access to Maruti Suzuki’s testbed and facilities to understand the current scenario and suggest solutions to fit business needs.

The company didn’t specify how it will enable startups to build their Marketing and Sales Technology stacks to improve customer experience and expand into current and new marketplaces through Maruti Suzuki’s partnership programs.
