Snapchat Is Now a Part of the Yext Knowledge Network

Starting November, Yext Brain to Directly Power Business Information on Snapchat, Globally

As information expands exponentially on the internet, users are getting increasingly uncertain about its authenticity. Nowadays, there are multiple sources for users to get information about a single entity. Despite the convenience, the information received on any subject isn’t always homogeneous. This is the main source of dilemma for users when it comes to believing in information on the world wide web.

This is especially critical for brands as their success or failure depends on consumer perception. The better users perceive a brand, higher the chances of brand success. Hence, if knowledge elements are not up to the mark it is bound to lead to a bad first impression for brands. To resolve this seemingly alarming industry problem, Yext stepped in and has been helping businesses since the start. Now, Snapchat has joined them!
