The Relevancy Gap: Businesses Believe Marketing Communications Are Effective; Consumers Disagree

Twilio recently published a fascinating, complimentary Customer Communications Report 2017 to determine any discrepancies between how well companies think marketing and how well consumers perceive businesses’ marketing efforts.
