Avdor CIS, a leading provider of state-of-the-art call and multimedia recording solutions, today announced that the company has promoted Avi Levi to the position of CEO.

Avi will be responsible for driving Avdor CIS’ international business growth and will focus on expanding the company’s engagements with strategic sales channel partners and accelerating global sales for its call and multimedia recording solutions from the Cloud.

Previously, Avi served as Vice President of Sales for over fifteen years at Avdor CIS’ parent company, Ergocom. During his tenure in this position, Avi was responsible for the company’s revenue generation and led Ergocom’s initial international expansion into new markets in Southeast Asia, Europe and North America.

Avdor CIS works with sales channel partners, including value added resellers (VARs), system integrators (SIs) and managed service providers (MSPs), to bring its state-of-the-art call and multimedia recording solutions to market.

The company’s flagship call and multimedia recording solution, Crystal Quality, provides a unified platform for managing all types of recordings, including inbound and outbound call center calls, landline and mobile phone calls, SMSs and messaging applications, and screen captures.

Crystal Quality is a feature rich solution that contains AI-driven functionality and built-in speech recognition and predictive analytics. The solution supports a full range of telephony environments, including Cisco, Avaya and Mitel, as well as active and passive modes and standard SIP protocols and SIP RECs. 

The modern architecture of Avdor CIS’ recording solutions allows for flexible integration with external applications and facilitates rapid deployment in nearly any Cloud environment or on premise scenario. The company is planning to offer in the near future hybrid and multitenant options on a scalable Cloud.
